RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be in the form of your order number, which can be found on your invoice. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form (insert link) to initiate this process.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please use the “CONTACT US” link above as we are happy to help.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item, use the "CONTACT US" link above. We will ship you out a new item. We will also provide the return shipping label if the error was due to shipping damage or our fulfillment.
Depending on where you are shipping from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
